A Known Innovation for Strategy: A Study on Chaos

Chaos theory and application proposals have received intense interest in many fields of social sciences especially in recent years. In this study, the studies on chaos in the context of creating and managing the strategy were scanned and those related to the purpose were selected. With the literature reading, a short suggestion title is presented, stating the importance of chaos for strategic management and how it guides the managers. In this context, it is emphasized that the learning organization approach and Aikido will contribute to understand and manage chaos, and basic skills will be tested in this process.
