Minimum Qualification Standards:

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : 4 hours relevant training

Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility (None Required)

Preferred Qualification Standards:

Education : Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Community Development, or any business-related and social sciences degree.

Training : 4 hours or relevant training in financial management, basic accounting, social

entrepreneurship, and project development.

Experienc e : 1 year experience in financial and project management

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:

The Project Development Officer II – Field Implementer (PDO) is responsible for identifying program participants, conducting social preparation activities, and coordinating with necessary stakeholders in order to identify and implement proposed projects. The PDO is also responsible for facilitating the development of project proposals for implementation of livelihood interventions, as indicated by the target participants, community stakeholders, and available livelihood opportunities.

The Project Development Officer II- Monitoring PDO is responsible for monitoring and assessment of the livelihood projects, SLP participants and associations to identify follow-through interventions and other partners for mainstreaming.
